Medium Healthcare Consulting was founded by Ratan Jalan, who is widely acknowledged as a thought leader and a rare innovator in the healthcare industry. As CEO with the Apollo Hospitals Group, he set up a nationwide chain of The Apollo Clinics and The Cradle, two of the most successful innovations in Indian healthcare. He had also established and led India’s first hospital architecture and consulting firm, which became the market leader in less than 3 years. As Founder & Principal Consultant, Ratan continues to lead the overall operations at the firm. Medium boasts of a core team of professionals with diversified background and deeply held values – be it delivering tangible results for their clients, patient-centricity, the urge to innovate or the drive to transfer learning from other industry segments. The team comes from globally renowned institutions such as Indian Institute of Technology, Harvard Business School, Indian School of Business, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Management and Hindu College and brings a wealth of experience across various industry settings.
