Ruchi has anchored quite a few engagements at Medium with clients ranging from Healthcare Delivery to Pharmaceuticals. She has led multiple Research and Insights Projects for Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Companies focusing on Market Entry and Growth Strategies. She has also worked on Performance Improvement Projects for HealthCare Delivery Clients, where she helped plan and execute marketing and quality enhancement initiatives.
Prior to joining Medium, Ruchi worked at some leading hospitals like HCG Group, P D Hinduja Hospital and KEM Hospital Mumbai, where she was involved in projects around clinical planning, quality, operations, and finance. She also has clinical experience as a Consulting Physiotherapist where she was responsible for one of the six centres in Vadodara run by a well-known Trust.
Ruchi has attended Marketplace Insights Executive Education Program by Prof Liam Fahey at ISB Hyderabad. She also attended Healthcare Data Analytics Workshop for Pharmaceutical and Insurance Companies at ISB.
Ruchi completed her Masters in Hospital Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Gujarat University.
