Creating a distinct brand identity for a center promoting cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics

A physician couple – a leading plastic and cosmetic surgeon and an aesthetic dermatologist – was setting up a facility in an upmarket neighbourhood in Hyderabad. The client engaged us to develop the brand strategy and identity.

People seeking such services are often confused, since the marketplace is extremely cluttered and unscrupulous service providers routinely promise miracles. We believe that adequate focus on counselling to provide the desired information can be a crucial differentiator. InForm as the name suggested by us plays on the dual meaning behind the word. The visual brand identity cues the duality and the colour palette creates a strong and sophisticated imagery. Moreover, there is a visual mnemonic to cue that ‘we provide you wings to fly’. We also helped design interiors for the clinic and communication collaterals to ensure a synergistic brand identity.

Result

The launch of the facility has had extremely encouraging response from different sets of target audiences: from Hyderabad as well as neighbouring districts.
