Dr Nitiraj is an accomplished healthcare management professional with more than a decade of experience in leading a diverse range of strategic initiatives.
He has worked with premier organisations in provider space such as Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Columbia Asia Hospitals. At Reliance, he helped commission the hospital in collaboration with globally-renowned institutions like MD Anderson and Johns Hopkins. At Columbia Asia, he helped formulate the clinical governance framework as a part of overall quality initiative. He also led several technology initiatives such as adoption of SNOMED CT to achieve standardisation of nomenclature for different services.
Dr Nitiraj has rich experience in consulting with EY and IQVIA in the areas of pricing, digital strategy and M&As. He managed the performance transformation initiative for a large hospital chain in Western India and delivered a 3x return on investment within a period of 30 months. He also anchored engagements relating to commercial due diligence for potential acquisition of healthcare assets for some of the leading hospital groups.
He is a board member and global reviewer for HIMSS. He is a Masters in Hospitals Administration from TISS, Mumbai and has mentored quite a few start-ups in the accelerator program called Techstars.
He plays a crucial role in scaling up Medium and raising the bar even higher for the quality of services we provide to our clients.
